WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A CLAIM
When you have a loss, one of your first phone calls should be to the insurance carrier. By directly contacting the carrier first, a trained adjuster will be able to ask and answer all the important questions needed to offer any immediate assistance necessary and begin the claim process for your loss as promptly as possible. Phone numbers for the Claims Department are listed on your Automobile Insurance card and on the Policy Information page of your property insurance.
Below we have listed the Direct Claims Department numbers of our most common carriers. If you don't see your carrier listed, or are unsure of your insurance carrier please give our office a call and we will be happy to assist you.
Once you have spoken with an adjuster, please give our office a call. While the insurance carrier processes the claim, it is important that we are made aware of the claim so we may assist you in the process.
